How We Started
“कूडा नहीं, इन नन्हे हाथों में होंगी किताबें”
“Kooda nahin, in nanhen hathoon mein hongi kitaben” The little hands holding garbage shall be seen with books Above were the words of 10 years old Sandeep when he saw little children of his age holding garbage bags.
Young Sandeep asked his mother, Mrs. Nipra Majumdar, “माँ इन्हें तुम रुपये दान दे दो” Mother told him, “Son, they may not use it wisely” Then little Sandeep felt really depressed and sad looking at the poor condition of children and asked, “माँ ये अंतर क्यों, ये स्कूल क्यू नहीं जाता माँ?” Little Sandeep was suffering from leukaemia and was going through a very tough time. In his suffering, he used to think of those young children dumping garbage.
“koi bhi bacche ki peeth par koode ka bag nahin rahega maa, schoolbag rahega, road par ek bhi bacha nahin rahega, engineer aur doctor bankar desh ki sewa karega”
No child will have garbage bag on his back mother, there will be school bag in its place, no child will live on the road, instead will become engineer and doctor serving the country
Though Sandeep is not with us, his light as source of our inspiration led to the foundation of Sandeepon Music and Educational Society by his mother along with dignitaries in the year 2008.In the age of studying and playing, young children seen working in miserable conditions to feed their hunger, giving them equal right to education was the thought behind laying down the foundation of Samriddhi Learning Centre on 26th January, 2009 from society park Chitragupta park, Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad
